As a UNiD Customer Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing and updating surgical schedules to ensure seamless patient care
- Collaborating with hospital staff, sales representatives, and consultants to design patient-specific implants that meet individual needs
- Collecting patient radiographic images from various sources to support accurate implant design
- Relaying case information to engineers in a timely manner to ensure efficient product development
- Managing clinic, hospital, and patient accounts, including scheduling and implant verification
