Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing extensive CALL CENTER support services for customers, including answering inbound calls, resolving issues, and providing information on products and services
- Performing a variety of benefit administration and case processing tasks assigned to higher level staff
- Entering data into the system of record with accuracy and attention to detail
- Utilizing authorized computer systems to gather and confirm information prompted by incoming calls
- Providing rapid, efficient, and accurate customer service in a professional manner for extended periods of time
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A GED or high school diploma
- At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience working in an office setting, answering telephones, retail, or in a similar setting
- Demonstrated keyboard board skills and verbal and written proficiency in English language to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information to callers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
