Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Application Stage group, you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing our AI-powered developer experience platform. You'll work closely with AI engineers, programmers, and data scientists to deliver and deploy a comprehensive AI-enabled solution for our application development team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning and executing our AI strategy to elevate our engineer experience platform and accelerate application development within arenaflex
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams and apply machine learning algorithms to large-scale data
- Develop and implement data pipelines to ensure high-quality data for our AI models
- Work with our data science team to design and train AI models for various business applications
- Ensure data quality through analysis, modeling, and handling missing values, anomalies, and outliers
- Select and calibrate ML algorithms to achieve optimal predictive performance
- Prepare and present results of analyses in a clear and actionable way to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with applying ML methods in developer efficiency is a plus
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on machine learning
- Proficiency in quantitative programming languages, such as Python, R, SQL, with experience in distributed storage systems like S3, Flash, and Vector Database
- Strong understanding and experience with advanced AI (ML) algorithms, deep learning, statistics, and large language models
- Familiarity with transformer architecture, vector embeddings, and applying models to solve business problems
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with model selection, training, and calibration for predictive performance
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, like Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
Skills and Competencies:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, like Git
