Job Description:

As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and web. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with questions about billing, insurance verification, products, or services
  • Managing incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and web interactions
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Providing technical assistance to customers while browsing our website
  • Serving customers in a timely manner to ensure maximum satisfaction
  • Building long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service

Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Live in the state of Arizona
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • More than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications
  • Multi-tasking experience and phone and computer skills
  • High-speed internet connection from DSL, cable, or fiber-optic with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
  • Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks) with two weeks' notice
  • Ability to work in a private environment free of distractions and give full attention to the customer during work hours

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role:

  • More than one year of relevant experience in customer service via phone or email
  • Communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center
  • Work experience in the medical field
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team
