As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service, every time. As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the chance to:

• Offer a consistently excellent customer service experience, ensuring a seamless interaction at all touchpoints
• Perform various airport-related tasks and be prepared to support the daily operation in areas such as check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing (ATAc)
• Work closely with and take instructions from the group leader responsible for the flight/works areas/shifts
• Conduct relevant administrative responsibilities, such as Atac, pre-flight, and post-flight departures
• Adhere to uniform standards and adopt a customer-centric approach at all times
• Promote and sell arenaflex services and products to our customers
• Attend and complete all required training by given time limits
• Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times
• Perform other reasonable duties consistent with the post

• To be in possession of a valid BAA airside pass
• To be GSAT trained
• The willingness and ability to efficiently complete all relevant training
• To be in possession of a valid DVLA driving license, post-holder must be willing to apply for a BAA driving license as and when required
• The willingness and ability to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as and when required
