Your Opportunity

As an Experienced Senior Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our top customers, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, supply chain partners, and customers, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues. Your expertise will be essential in promoting increased order size, direct plant shipments, and other customer programs/initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and manage one of the top 15 customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate communication and resolution of issues

  • Collaborate with Supply Planning and Demand Planning to resolve shortages and provide options for customer recovery
  • Partner with the transportation team to obtain updates and provide customers with on-going information
  • Handle late/light order approval processes and ensure compliance with order management guidelines
  • Assist in managing Customer Master Data to ensure accurate records and minimize errors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with top customers through timely and accurate communication
  • Manage a high volume of communication/requests, independently resolving issues in an accurate and timely manner
  • Maintain and update documents related to customer accounts
  • Provide and report on order management/logistics-related account information in Excel and Power BI
  • Host calls with sales, supply chain partners, and customers to discuss issues/concerns and present data on performance metrics
  • Promote increased order size, direct plant shipments, and other customer programs/initiatives
  • Embrace change and promote the vision to other team members, assisting Team Leads in providing clarity and training/mentoring on roles and responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 4+ years of related experience

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback
  • Ability to coach, lead, and manage under conditions of ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Ability to manage conflict
  • Must be able to multi-task with many competing day-to-day activities with competing priorities
  • Flexibility to adapt to a varied work schedule
  • Effective change management skills
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to be respectful, approachable, and team-oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, supply chain, marketing)

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with Excel and Power BI
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
