Key Responsibilities:

- Work independently, managing your time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred
- 1-2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a support or sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer personalities and needs
- Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage your time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
