Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop data models, and implement data visualizations that inform business decisions. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling will help us make data-driven decisions, identify areas for improvement, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop data models, and implement data visualizations
- Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to inform business decisions
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses to ensure data quality and integrity
- Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address those needs
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including data dictionaries, data models, and technical specifications
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and visualization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with machine learning, natural language processing, or deep learning
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
