Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers during late-night hours. Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming customer calls during the overnight shift with a positive and professional attitude
• Assisting customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution in a timely and effective manner
• Processing orders and payments accurately and efficiently
• Providing information about products, services, and promotions to customers
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving skills
• Documenting all interactions and transactions in our system

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment
• Ability to work independently during late-night hours with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and active listening abilities to effectively resolve customer concerns
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer requests
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of customer service software and systems
• Certification in customer service or a related field

Schedule

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to work a variety of shifts, including:

• 10 hour shifts
• 12 hour shifts
• 8 hour shifts
