Job Summary

As an Overnight Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing timely and effective support to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Answer phone calls, greet customers warmly, and establish the reason for the call

  • Resolve issues by dispatching to the appropriate contacts, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of our clients' services
  • Monitor alarm systems, order entry, and take messages according to client specifications
  • Transfer calls via our computer system based on instructions provided by clients
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments for various industries
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Basic computer proficiency, including web-based applications, keyboard functions, and typing skills (25 WPM)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience on the Amtelco platform is a plus
  • Flexible personality, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Genuinely friendly and compassionate, with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work 1 weekend day and a flexible schedule
  • Pays high attention to detail and is organized
  • Experience in Telephone Answering Service/Customer Service is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Experience working in a call center or remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
