Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet our clients' needs. Your primary goal will be to deliver a seamless and personalized experience that exceeds our clients' expectations and builds loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to engage with customers and provide support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet our clients' needs
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a retail or e-commerce environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, French, Mandarin)
