Job Summary
As a Full Stack Software Engineer on our team, you'll be responsible for designing and developing web applications that showcase data-driven insights and tell compelling stories. You'll work closely with our data science and design teams to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that bring data to life. Your expertise in front-end development, data visualization, and cloud computing will be essential in helping us build innovative solutions that meet the needs of our users.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop web applications that showcase data-driven insights and tell compelling stories
- Collaborate with data science and design teams to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces
- Develop front-end applications using JavaScript, Node.js, and perception libraries
- Work with data from various sources, including API endpoints and social data sets
- Design and implement data visualizations that are clear, decipherable, and effective
- Develop and maintain interfaces that are user-friendly and accessible
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development and data visualization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development, with a focus on front-end development
- Expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, and perception libraries
- Experience with data visualization tools and libraries, such as D3.js or Chart.js
- Strong understanding of cloud computing and cloud-based services
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
- Familiarity with cloud-based services, such as AWS or Google Cloud
