Job Summary
As an Online Casino Dealer, you'll be responsible for hosting live casino games, interacting with players, and providing an exceptional experience to our customers. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and has a natural ability to engage with our players.
Key Responsibilities
* Host live casino games, including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- Interact with players in a professional and engaging manner
- Provide an exceptional experience to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
- Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check
- 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service and hospitality-oriented role
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
- Professional, mature, and with a natural ability to follow work rules
- Service-minded with good communication skills
