Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team of talented professionals. As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, efficient, and secure web and cloud applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop scalable, efficient, and secure web and cloud applications using a range of programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.

• Collaborate with product owners, information analysts, and other stakeholders to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions.
• Contribute to the development of our company's architecture, frameworks, and styles for processing and storing big data volumes.
• Design and implement distributed data processing pipelines using tools and languages common in the Hadoop or Cloud ecosystems.
• Build utilities, user-defined functions, and frameworks to improve data flow styles.
• Develop and implement process orchestration and scheduling.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks focused on high-volume data processing.
• Outline and implement suitable data acquisition and ingestion techniques for given technical scenarios.
• Develop and implement automated unit tests and participate in integration testing efforts.
• Work with architecture/engineering leads and other teams to ensure high-quality solutions are implemented, and engineering best practices are defined and adhered to.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational and performance issues.

Essential Qualifications:

* Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Electronics and Communications, or Technology.

• At least two (2) years of experience in software development or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, and Scala.
• Experience with big data frameworks such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and Databricks.
• Familiarity with ETL tools such as Informatica and PLSQL.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Unix and PowerShell.
• Experience with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, Teradata, and Snowflake.
• Familiarity with AWS tools such as EMR, S3, and Kinesis.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau and Cognos.
• Knowledge of streaming frameworks such as Kafka and Spark Streaming.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow and Autosys.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance regulations.
