Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Finance and Payroll team in the APAC region. You'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate data entry support via live chat interactions, collaborating with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency, and adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and accurate data entry support via live chat interactions, ensuring that customer information and account details are updated with precision.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently, providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality, ensuring the security and integrity of customer data.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in data entry is a plus.

• Proven experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices.
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with customers and team members in a professional and courteous manner.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including live chat platforms, with a strong understanding of data entry software and systems.
• Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles preferred, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
