About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Nicaragua. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our crew across all disciplines, identifying workflow inefficiencies, and collaborating with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to drive success. Your expertise will be essential in generating candidate answers, weighing tradeoffs, and implementing solutions that enhance crew performance and help us create high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas for improvement in our development process across multiple disciplines.
• Preserve, extend, and aid our present development gear.
• Build and guide custom asset pipelines.
• Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong passion for empowering others to do their best work. You will also need to enjoy working with the overall device lifecycle, including identifying issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with custom game engines, including Unreal or Unity.
• JavaScript and Net Tech experience.
• Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment.

Skills and Competencies

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including:

• Strong programming skills in C#, C++, and Python.
• Experience with custom standalone gear.
• Ability to grow gear that can be utilized by multiple game development disciplines.
