Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Server Farm Technician, you will play a critical role in the operation and maintenance of our server farms, ensuring the smooth delivery of our cloud-based services to millions of customers worldwide. You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to identify and resolve technical issues, implement new technologies, and maintain the highest levels of service quality.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the planning, installation, and maintenance of server farm equipment, including racks, hard drives, and switches

• Perform diagnostic and troubleshooting tasks to identify and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with other team members to implement new technologies and improve existing processes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of server farm operations and maintenance activities
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices
• Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 1+ year of experience in a server farm or data center environment
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software, including operating systems, networking protocols, and data storage systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
