Roles and Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for managing and overseeing social media interactions through platforms like Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube for multiple clients. Your duties will include:

  • Posting updates and engaging with the audience
  • Responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues
  • Maintaining a positive and professional tone across all social media platforms
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement social media strategies

Rate and Location

* Rate: $35 per hour

  • Location: This is a fully remote position, open to candidates anywhere in the United States

Requirements

* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection

  • Basic English writing skills
  • No previous experience in live chat or social media management required; comprehensive training will be provided at the start
  • Hours per Week: 5-8 hours, with flexibility to choose your working hours
