Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing prompt and accurate assistance to customers via live chat. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support and engagement through live chat, email, and phone
  • Building rapport with customers to understand and fulfill their needs
  • Escalating issues to Live Chat Manager as needed
  • Promoting arenaflex products and services
  • Maintaining a positive and professional image in all interactions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support and engagement

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently or within a team
  • Proficiency in keyboarding and internet navigation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Upbeat and professional demeanor
  • Experience in a client-facing role preferred
  • Ability to compose professional emails
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
