About the Role
We're seeking experienced sales and customer support professionals to join our team as Work-From-Home Sales & Customer Support Representatives. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex guests, answering their questions and resolving any issues they may have
- Help customers plan and book their dream vacations, including recommending and selling arenaflex's range of travel packages
- Upsell and cross-sell arenaflex's products and services to customers, increasing revenue and driving business growth
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues that may arise
- Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of arenaflex
Essential Qualifications
