Job Summary
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced contact center environment, providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for resolving complex issues, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience, and advocating for innovative solutions to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, resolving complex issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide suggestions for resolving issues and improving processes
- Perform moderately complex customer care tasks, including data entry, research, and analysis
- Manage risk by following all policies and procedures, staying up-to-date with changes to them, and escalating issues as necessary
- Advocate for innovative solutions, such as online delivery of statements and other documents, online sign-up, and other digital opportunities
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues and improve processes
Required Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, financial services, or contact center operations, or equivalent experience through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows and applications, and use search tools to find information
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues
- Ability to analyze and implement digital upgrades to improve the customer experience
- Business industry experience
- Knowledge of investment terminology
- Contact center experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher

* Experience handling complex transactions and performing in-depth analysis to resolve complex client requests
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
