Job Summary:
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our data analytics team, you'll be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to inform business decisions and drive growth. Key Responsibilities:
* Run unconditional exploratory data analysis to identify novel ideas and opportunities
- Plan and run A/B tests of our latest suggestion algorithms
- Proactively monitor our suggestion models to identify potential issues, determine underlying drivers, and resolve
- Develop new tools that enable us to be more efficient and productive
- Work closely and build effective relationships with our product, design, and AI partners
- Communicate key insights and suggestions to cross-functional senior leaders across the organization
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)
- Strong experience with SQL (including query optimization, stored procedures, and data modeling)
- Proficiency in Python and Python libraries (e.g., Jupyter Notebook, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib)
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis to drive business decisions
- Familiarity with AI algorithms and methods (e.g., decision trees, random forests, deep learning) in a business setting
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in a quantitative field
- Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
