The Role
As a User Support Specialist - Live Chat, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users through live chat. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our users, and your role will be to resolve their issues, answer their questions, and provide solutions to their problems. You'll work closely with our engineering and product teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and you'll be expected to provide solutions for a wide variety of technical support challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional support to users through live chat, resolving their issues and answering their questions in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services
- Provide solutions for a wide variety of technical support challenges
- Collaborate with other support team members to share knowledge and best practices
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience working with Support, Engineering, and/or Product teams, including experience with live channels
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a high level of ambiguity
- Alignment with arenaflex's mission to build a new economic engine for culture
- Experience as a Substack subscriber (experience as a creator is a plus!)
- Zendesk and Stripe experience is a plus
- Direct experience with coding languages (JavaScript and HTML) and third-party APIs (Stripe) is a plus
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in a support or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a high level of ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with live chat software and platforms
- Experience with coding languages (JavaScript and HTML) and third-party APIs (Stripe)
- Experience with Zendesk and Stripe
- Experience as a Substack subscriber (experience as a creator is a plus!)
