Job Summary

We're urgently hiring a Full-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to efficiency. The role involves entering high volumes of information into our company's database from paper documents. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and usable information in our systems. This position is remote, and therefore strong self-motivation and discipline are essential.

Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Entering customer and account data from source documents with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
• Maintaining databases by entering new and updated customer and account information.
• Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files.
• Complying with data integrity and security policies.
• Regularly backing up data for secure storage and easy recovery.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven data entry work experience, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
