- Provide expert-level support to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing a wide range of topics, including returns, substitutions, delivery, product availability, and order status
- Listen actively and respond compassionately to customer concerns, using your problem-solving skills to find effective solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed support

Essential Qualifications:
* 18 years old or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish and English
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems or similar platforms
