Job Description: Seeking an experienced CFO or senior financial professional to provide strategic guidance to a growing company in Middletown, CT. This part-time, high-impact role requires only one day per week on-site, with the rest of the work done remotely. What You’ll Do:
- Advise on financial strategy, planning, and business growth.
- Review budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and reporting.
- Support executive leadership with strategic decisions.
- Recommend improvements to internal controls and financial processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience.
- Strong accounting, financial analysis, and reporting skills.
