Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced analytics and machine learning solutions that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be applied to a wide range of areas, including:

  • Building and deploying predictive models using advanced statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data engineering principles
  • Developing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and architectures using cloud-based technologies such as Azure/Databricks and Snowflake
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to define product requirements and provide analytical support
  • Communicating complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and partners
  • Designing and executing A/B experiments to measure the impact of data-driven solutions on business outcomes
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and data engineering, and applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in data science, machine learning, and data engineering, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. The following qualifications are required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or physics
  • At least 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
  • Advanced experience in SQL, Python, PySpark, or other programming languages
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, including Azure/Databricks, Snowflake, and Cloud ML systems
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised techniques
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Matplotlib and TensorFlow
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration and delivery

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field
  • Experience with IoT and Edge AI
  • Experience with Reinforcement Learning
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
