Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a prompt and professional manner

  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
