Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, with a focus on meeting customer service targets and deadlines
