Job Summary

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting performance goals and targets

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, with a focus on serving a diverse subscriber base
  • Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)
