Job Description
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist/Clerk, you'll work closely with our Manufacturing teams to understand and optimize production processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing production orders and creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulk materials
- Assisting with batch records, including prefilling, reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching
- Collaborating with inventory controllers to identify Bin locations and helping Planning teams to resubmit re-test samples
- Performing job duties under ISO requirements, including following the "line of clearance" rule and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or work instructions
- Participating in other projects or responsibilities as required

Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience
- Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or related field
- Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Some laboratory experience, which will help to understand the Manufacturing process
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system
