Job Purpose

As a Data Entry Clerk – Outdoor Advertising Monitoring and Coding Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to take pictures of billboards on the main roads of Puerto Rico and accurately code these advertisements. You'll need to correctly identify their location, brand, and product, and ensure that the monitoring and entry of information produced in the different media has the highest standards of quality and productivity. You'll also be responsible for following up on Nielsen's values, proposal's, and learning centers opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter the material assigned to you in a timely and accurate manner

• Ensure that all road fences are covered, and all billboards are accounted for
• Optimize the entry of information to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
• Register new events in the system and ensure that all data is up-to-date
• Review and identify the difference between similar events to ensure accuracy
• Ensure that monitoring and data entry are completed on time, meeting deadlines and quality standards

Role Requirements

* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Google, Windows, Chrome, and Explorer

• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail, as you'll be working independently most of the time
• Analytical skills and initiative to identify and resolve issues
• Time management and planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of principles and practices of basic Google, Windows, Chrome, and Explorer
• Handling of photographic cameras to capture high-quality images of billboards
• Clean Driver's License to travel to designated locations

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in the outdoor advertising industry

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Google, Windows, Chrome, and Explorer
