About the Role:
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing operational support and maintaining data for various projects, expansions, and new product introductions. You'll work closely with other departments to ensure that our members receive high-quality Provider data. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and transacting data in connection with projects, expansions, and new product introductions
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely data delivery
- Ensuring data quality and integrity through thorough review and verification
- Developing and implementing data management processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management
Essential Qualifications:
* A minimum of one year's experience managing multiple databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
- Demonstrated capacity to function in a production setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with EPDB or Provider Data of at least one year
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and standards
