Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. As a member of this team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate the platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensuring they have the best possible listening experience. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Turkish and English, providing exceptional support, and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Turkish and English

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Ensure customers have the best possible listening experience
  • Provide exceptional support and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, features, and changes to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in both Turkish and English
  • Professional/business level proficiency in Turkish and English
  • Experience in providing Customer Support via inbound web messages
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously (3-5 customers at the same time)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
