Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate solutions to their inquiries, concerns, and needs. Customer Service Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience

Multichannel Communication:

Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

Procedural Knowledge:

Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies

Record-Keeping:

Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes

Able to up-sell if needed

Able to schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

Excellent at communicating over the phone and other communication platforms
