Role Overview

As a Customer Service Travel Agent-Remote, you'll play a vital role in helping clients plan and book their dream vacations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching and recommending vacation destinations to clients
• Planning and arranging tour packages, excursions, and activities
• Preparing quotes and reviewing them with clients to facilitate bookings
• Crafting engaging social media posts and creative fliers
