As a Customer Service Specialist in the Automotive Industry, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service support and resolving routine problems related to our clients' products or services. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring that every interaction is warm, enthusiastic, and informative.

  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers, ensuring that our clients' products and services are showcased in the best possible light.
  • Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively, providing creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction, building strong relationships and fostering loyalty.

Requirements

* 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.

  • Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Italian and B2 level in English.
  • Ability to remain calm and tactful when dealing with customers, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring that customer interactions are accurately documented and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset, enabling you to resolve complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes, embracing change and growth opportunities.

Optional Requirements

* Experience with other luxury Brands and Customers Relationship Management Systems (CRM).

  • Familiarity with the automotive industry and its products, including digital solutions and services.
