The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to the relevant teams. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to both customers and arenaflex personnel, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
- Perform accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through arenaflex's escalation process
- Partner with the Sales Department to provide administrative support and ensure seamless communication
- Perform basic data entry and other administrative duties as required
Qualifications
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with the following qualifications:
- 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting (preferably)
- Prior Accounts Receivable experience is highly encouraged
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is recommended
- Verbal & written communication skills: professional telephone and email etiquette
- Essential skills: active listener, responsive, and personable
- Computer skills: proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, etc.)
- Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- A collaborative, team-player capable of working independently
- Problem solver in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills (i.e., adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, etc.)
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally carry parcels or packages, walk short distances, and sit for extended periods
