Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, responding to their inquiries, and following up with them as needed
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business
- Utilizing exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers and coordinate with other agency team members
- Proactively identifying and resolving customer issues, and anticipating the needs of our customers
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A strong commitment to customer service and a passion for helping others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively relate to customers and answer their questions
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred, but not required
- Prior experience working with State Farm is required
