Role Overview Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Private Capital Analysts. This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through our certification and verification process. Once approved, analysts:
- Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform
- Gain access to real deal flow and paid analytical work
- Support investors, fund managers, and operators on live transactions

- 3-statement financial models
- Commercial real estate underwriting
- DCF / LBO modeling
- Sensitivity and scenario analysis
- Comparable company & precedent transaction analysis
- “Football field” valuation summaries Due Diligence & Investment Support
- Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis
- Commercial and operational diligence
- Risk assessment
- Investment memo and reporting support Analysts may only perform work in approved categories, which are earned through assessment and performance, not tenure. How Analysts Start Earning
- Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training
- Receive category-specific approvals (Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence)
- Get verified on the platform
- Begin earning income immediately through hourly projects and live deal work No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors. Certification & Eligibility To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following:
- Score 70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
- Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training
- Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent) Analyst Rating Score Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:
- Visibility on the platform
- Approved work categories
- Recommended hourly rates Compensation & Deal Terms
- Analysts are independent contractors, not employees
- Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level
- Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
- Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction
- Payments issued after successful deal completion and fee collection
- Initio Sphere may revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues Compliance Notice Analysts do not:

- Solicit securities
