Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers through various communication channels to resolve their queries, complaints, and concerns. You'll be responsible for managing large volumes of incoming calls, generating sales leads, and building sustainable relationships with customer accounts. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing large amounts of incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide exceptional customer service
- Generating sales leads and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction and build trust through open and interactive communication
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Taking the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service
Requirements and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- A track record of over-achieving quota and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
