Overview of the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to balance your work and personal life. Our hybrid work model allows you to work from home and occasionally visit our remote office, providing the best of both worlds.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and respond to inbound calls from clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
- Categorize calls received in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations
- Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to arenaflex's high standards
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Knowledgeable in modern office practices, procedures, and equipment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, using tact, patience, and courtesy to resolve client issues and concerns

Work Environment and Schedule
* This is a fully virtual opportunity with virtual interviews, online self-paced training, and work from home
- This is a permanent work-from-home position
- The rate of pay is $14/hour, with shift differential and paid bi-weekly
- We're looking for 2nd shift hours (10 am EST to 9 pm EST), which may require nights and weekend hours
- Set schedules will be provided to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow

Required Experience and Skills
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of prior experience in the area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or a related field
- Must be proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-keypad
- Must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM, with a typing test administered during the interview process
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection with at least 50 mbps download speed (cable or fiber)
- Smartphone with Android OS or iPhone for user authentication
- Personal headset (optional)
