Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound customer contacts, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer telephones and respond to basic customer questions using established methods provided in training
- Forward calls to appropriate personnel as needed
- Record calls on account history records with results of the inquiry and initiate required confirmation
- Process customer requests by sending faxes, returning telephone messages, sending mail documents, or using other related communication under direct supervision
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Zero or more years of customer service or other telephone experience
- Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
- Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
- Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software
Preferred Qualifications
* Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to follow oral and written directions
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
