The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, and you'll be empowered to make decisions that drive results.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls from customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services
- Use strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and resolve conflicts
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide expert advice to customers
- Meet or exceed performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and resolve conflicts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including CRM systems and phone systems
- Ability to work from home and be self-sufficient, with high-speed internet connectivity and a secure service via ethernet cable
- Must be able to commute to the office in Charleston, WV when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working remotely in a call center setting
- Experience with Medicaid and Medicare
- Strong knowledge of healthcare products and services
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals
Education
* High school diploma or equivalent required
Pay Range
* The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $25.15
- This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
- The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
