Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional phone call experiences to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing your excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their expectations
  • Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple calls simultaneously, and prioritizing tasks to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Collaborating with our team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to continuously improve our service delivery
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 6 months of call center experience, preferably in a customer service or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude, with a desire to provide exceptional service to our customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple calls simultaneously, and prioritizing tasks to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Technical Requirements:

* You will need to provide your own equipment for this role, including: + A computer with a Core i3 processor, 16GB of RAM, and a minimum of Windows 10 + A modem connection, hardwired to your computer via an Ethernet cable + A home computer, monitor, and headset that will allow you to answer calls + A USB headset that is Avaya compatible for incoming customer interactions

  • You will also need to have a minimum of 25mbps upload and 25mbps download internet speed, as tested at www.speedtest.net

Acceptable Specifications:

* I3 processor (minimum of 16GB RAM)

  • I5 processor (minimum of 8GB RAM)
  • Ryzen 3 or higher (minimum of 8GB RAM)
  • AMD (minimum of 8GB RAM)
