About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service & Benefits Specialist to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that their queries are addressed promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring that clients receive seamless support.
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, ensuring that you can provide accurate and informed responses to customer queries.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with arenaflex.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you're equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve customer service delivery and efficiency.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient level English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic environment, with a flexible and positive attitude.

  • Previous experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
