Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support through phone, chat, and email. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
- Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to resolve customer queries
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information to resolve their issues
- Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts
- Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* Minimum age: 18 years old
- Right to work in The Netherlands
- Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
- Experience working with a computer
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
- Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
- Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
