The Role

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various online channels. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, processing orders, and providing expert support to our customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support that exceeds our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities

* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Communicate with customers through online portals/systems, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, providing a resolution that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.
  • Serve as a product expert, supporting customers with their queries and providing expert advice to ensure they get the most out of our products and services.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary, ensuring seamless teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support that exceeds our customers' expectations.

Requirements

* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset, providing a level head and a solution-focused approach.
  • Working knowledge of various online communication tools used in e-commerce businesses and SaaS platforms.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience in handling E-commerce/Saas businesses is a plus, as is experience working remotely.
  • Experience handling customer support needs of US/UK clients is a plus.
  • Great problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision, taking ownership of your work and responsibilities.
  • Open to working in shifts, with flexibility to accommodate our customers' needs.
  • Conducive remote working environment, with a stable internet connection, hardware, and power – with backups in case of outages.
