In 2025, we're rolling out our new TMS (Transport management solution) Parcelhero Pro, which enables retailers to pay a monthly subscription to centralise all orders and ship on their own carrier accounts using our cutting-edge shipping platform. Job Description
We're seeking experienced customer service agents to join our remote team. The successful candidate will relish the responsibility and challenge of problem solving and working to deadlines, in a demanding environment that forces you to multitask. The role is mainly ticket and live help focused, so you should excel in written communication, be committed to going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations, and have a good level of diplomacy when dealing with customer queries and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service through written communication, resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and diplomacy when interacting with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as industry trends and developments
Essential Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years' customer service experience for an international parcel carrier such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or DPD
- A friendly and professional demeanor, with a genuine enthusiasm for interacting and building relationships with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- A minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
- Fluent English, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer service software and technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment:
* 8:30am to 5pm Mon-Fri (GMT)
- You will need a minimum 20 MB broadband line, and your own PC/Laptop and headset
