The Role

As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our 95+ million members make the most out of their arenaflex benefits. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to resolve their issues and concerns. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our customers navigate the complexities of our business, from determining payments and claims related to medical and dental procedures to office and hospital visit costs.

Key Responsibilities

* Help clients, customers, and healthcare providers understand our business and services

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Educate customers on disease management programs and recommend healthy living programs tailored to their needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customer inquiries
  • Participate in regular development opportunities and mentorship to enhance your skills and knowledge

What We're Looking For

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems required
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; high level capacity to multitask independently and on a computer
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology a PLUS
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management focus
